In its 44 m² it has 1 bedroom and capacity for 3 people, as well as an open-plan ceramic hob kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle. It also has a fully equipped gym and communal swimming pool, lift, internet access (wifi), hairdryer and covered parking in the same building. This comfortable and modern accommodation, overlooking the golf course, is located 160 m from the bus station "Parada Ctra de Chile (Campo de golf)", 450 m from the supermarket "Spar Guanarteme", 650 m from the supermarket "Lidl", 550 m from the restaurant "La Koreana", 3 km from the sandy beach "Playa de las Canteras", 1'2 km from the "Auditorio Alfredo Kraus", 25 km from the airport "Aeropuerto de Gran Canaria" and is located in an ideal area for families and in the city centre. Parties and noise are not allowed from 21:00h to 10:00h. The HomeForGuest team will support you during your stay with any questions you may have. Article 39. Within the swimming pool enclosure, the following rules shall be compulsorily observed: a) It is expressly forbidden to smoke and/or vape, in any area of the swimming pool, in accordance with the above, and with the applicable legal provisions on the subject, especially for collective spaces. b) It is forbidden to hold ball games, ball games and any other games when they are a nuisance to the rest of the users. c) It is forbidden to consume food and drink (except water and in plastic containers) inside the pool area and, likewise, to leave any kind of waste or objects in the pool. d) Similarly, musical instruments, radios, record players or any other sound reproduction apparatus that may cause noise or disturbance to other users may not be used. For reasons of hygiene, we kindly ask you to remove the rubbish and food leftovers on the day of check out. There will be a charge of 15euros for leaving more than two bags of rubbish.
