This modern apartment with open views to the Mediterranean at Playa de Muro, offers you a second home for 4 guests. The north of Mallorca is famous for their impressive beaches of fine sand, perfect for families. Playa de Muro is one of the most beautiful and connects Can Picafort Village with Alcudia’s Port. You can begin your day doing sports, walking or running next to the shore. Around there are supermarkets, restaurants and different shops, and the bus station is at 5 minutes walking. The bus itinerary is towards Alcudia, Alcudia’s Port or Pollença’s Port. An opened market takes place Tuesdays and Sundays at Alcudia, where you can buy fresh food. As you visit Playa de Muro, it is recommendable visiting Es Capellans, Formentor, Cala Sant Vicent Beaches and Son Serra de Marina too. A car it is not necessary as you can travel by bicycle or by bus. The apartment is located on the first floor and surprises with a terrace with clear views to the sea. The living-dining room with kitchenette is a beautiful place to rest during the afternoon; it has a satellite TV, air conditioned, hob countertop, dishwasher and much more. Our guests can choose between two air conditioning bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the second one with two single beds. The one with double bed has an en suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a cot and a high chair completes the flat equipment. To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email. Events / parties are not permitted.
