Villa Ibicenca is a charming 3 bedroom property located just 2,5 from the lovely Cala Canyelles beach and 8 kms from the center of Tossa de Mar, a charming walled medieval town! ¡Ideal for a relaxing vacation in Costa Brava with family, it includes everything that you need to feel at home! It can accomodate up to 6 guests in a living area of 130 m2 and 750 m2 plot. Nice outdoor area with private garden and swimming pool, barbecue, terraces and children’s play area. There is also a parking. The ground floor area has a room with a double bed and two double rooms with 2 single beds in each with access to the terrace and the garden; there are also two bathrooms with bath. Upstairs there is a comfortable living room with tv and access to the terrace with mountain views. A fully equipped kitchen including cutlery, cooking pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dish washer and washing machine. ¡Yes, we want you to enjoy meals as you were at home!   And there is also a toilet and laundry room. Pets are welcome if agreed with us beforehand and with supplement. We do not allow groups of young people and parties in this unit. This property is only rented to families. Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. - Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and 8 euros/person/towels. - Wifi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to pay on arrival - Cot and highchair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/highchair Cala Canyelles is a pretty stretch of the Costa Brava´s coast with 500m of the characteristic coarse white sand beaches of the area. Parasols and deck chairs are available to rent as well as pedal boats, parasailing, water- skiing and canoeing. You can also enjoy Mediterranean food, fish and paellas in the restaurant placed on the beach. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, great restaurants and some lovely beaches.
