The house is decorated with POP ART style to enjoy a unique and original atmosphere. It has 4 bedrooms all with two single beds that can be joined to a double bed as needed. The outdoor area enjoys a unique tranquility and is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the day outdoors with jacuzzi, chill-out sofa set, sun loungers and outdoor shower. The house has smart TVs , international channels and wifi connection with fiber, ideal also if you need to telework. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, both with separate beds, one of them with safe and air-conditioning. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Inner courtyard with area to hang clothes and table soccer to spend fun moments in the house. Independent kitchen fully equipped with Italian and capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, oven and kitchen utensils. Large dining table for your lunches and dinners in group. Laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 separate beds ( one of them with smart TV , air-conditioning and private balcony) and the other with large closet. Between the 2 bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. A set of towels per person and pool towels are provided. Crib available on request. Air conditioning available for a small supplement.
