This impressive holiday villa, designed for 14 people, offers you an exceptional experience on two floors with six bedrooms and three bathrooms. With air conditioning in all bedrooms and central heating, your comfort is guaranteed.
On the first floor, enjoy a spacious living room with SAT/TDT TV, access to a terrace with views of the garden and three cozy bedrooms. Two of them have two single beds each (90x1.90), while the third bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.60x1.90) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, there is another bathroom with a shower for greater comfort.
Access the ground floor via internal or external stairs and discover a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove. A porch/terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors, near the pool and barbecue. This floor houses three more bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x1.90), another for 4 people with a double bed (1.35x1.90) and two single beds (90x1.90), and the last one with a double bed. marriage (1.60x1.90). A bathroom with shower completes this floor.
The villa offers a large plot with stunning views, an 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. Enjoy delicious meals on the covered terrace with gas barbecue. The parking lot on the same plot has space for 2/3 cars.
Located in "El Tossal de la Cometa", a privileged area for its tranquility and proximity to the beaches and services. Just 3 km from the nearest supermarket, 3.5 km from the sandy beach and restaurants, and 4 km from our Plusholidays offices.

4,0The Villa was beautiful ,In A beautiful setting. Had a problem with the oven, the bottom oven didn’t work they sent out a engineer but he turned it on said it was working and left, only the top oven worked, which was difficult with so many people. There are steps leading from kitchen to bedroom which some of our guests tripped over as they blend into the floor and no signs. The heating didn’t work and it was cold some nights, they sent and engineer and he explained that the central heating doesn’t work so they we had to use the aircon as heaters but only the downstairs ones worked like this, upstairs wouldn’t heat up, luckily the weather warmed up. Hot water wasnt turned on when we arrived but they came out and sorted it straight away. Apart from the little snags we had a lovely time at the villa. The description says there is no washing machine but there is, which was very handy as we had planned to hand wash. There were also hair dryers which again the description said none.
