Set in an idyllic spot, this country house with private pool and mountain views in Selva offers accommodation to 4 guests. The house is located on a small hill near the Crist Rei Chapel. During the low season, the area is nice for hiking and cycling or for excursions, for example to the Monastery of Lluc or the Caves of Campanet. A 30 minutes’ drive takes you to the northern sand beaches, like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia. The city of Inca is a 10 minutes’ drive and provides you with supermarkets, restaurants, shops and more services. What about starting your day with a breakfast on the terrace while overlooking the village of Selva; then a refreshing bath in the salt water pool and continuing with a little siesta in the hammock. Surrounded by a terrace with a garden shower and a parasol, the private, 7 x 3 meters salt water pool has a depth between 1.2 and 2.1 meters. The upper porch with mountain views is perfect for having a barbecue. The charming sitting-living room with satellite TV is open to the fully fitted kitchen, including a gas hob and a dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double and the other with 2 twin beds. The double room is accessible through a spiral staircase. The house has one shower bath and there’s another shower bathroom outside, near the pool. Guests will have access to a washing machine, iron/ironing board and a cot/high chair on request. To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. The house works with solar cells; we recommend you not to use much electric devices at the same time. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email. The whole house is only for our guests. Our office hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., weekends and bank holidays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We provide you with a 24 hours hotline in case you have an emergency outside our office hours.
