Villa Vivamont is a 200 year old house that has been carefully renovated during the winter of 2019-2020, in order to modernize it and bring it in line with current standards and taste while still retaining the character of the old local architecture. The property has a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful vaulted arch. Bright kitchen, surely the part of the house that has best maintained the style that the farm had in former times. However, it is equipped with a small breakfast area, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and two full bathrooms. The staircase leads to the upper floor, where you find the main lounge with a large sofa and a chaise longue on which you can enjoy a good movie or catch up on your favourite series on the magnificent 65-inch television. By bicyclice you can reach pollensa town or puerto pollensa in approximately 10 minutes. The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
