From the villa, you can drive to beautiful beaches like Sa Rápita or the natural sandy beach "Es Trenc". The recently built house, is decorated in a modern and comfortable style, has all the amenities of a modern house, large windows make it very bright. Central heating throughout the house, ceiling fan in the living room and air conditioning in the three bedrooms. A large open kitchen, with island, breakfast bar, table and all you might need . Living room with comfortable sofa, TV, CD and DVD player, WIFI, ... Three bedrooms, one double with bathroom en-suite and jacuzzi, another two bedrooms one with double bed and one with two beds and two more bathrooms with shower. Outside there is a hammock area near the swimming pool, a barbecue, a seating corner and a children's area for the little ones to have a great time.
