The house is located on a plot of 5.500m2 and its surroundings are typical of the Mallorcan countryside. For golf enthusiasts there are four golf courses, all of them with 18 holes, which regularly organise different tournaments... Pula Golf, Golf Son Servera, Golf Canyamel and Capdepera Golf. Only 10-15 minutes away by car we can enjoy the whole northwest coast from Costa de los Pinos through Cala Bona and its marina to Cala Millor, Sa Coma... well known tourist centres of Mallorca, where you can find all kinds of activities. Son Servera is located in the northeast of the island of Mallorca on a hill overlooking the sea. The place itself offers traditional Mediterranean architecture, and in the town centre you will find essential health services, sports and cultural centres, schools, banks, post offices, shops and supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The popular market takes place on Fridays, and the streets of the town fill with locals and visitors alike to take advantage of the opportunity to stroll and shop in the centre.
