On the ground floor there is the kitchen with the living room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The second accommodation for the third guest is on the mezzanine. Beautiful outside area with terrace, barbecue, swimming pool and comfortable garden furniture so you can enjoy the good weather typical of Mallorca. There is air conditioning in the kitchen - living room. The house is powered by solar panels. Perfect location to reach any corner of the island. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
