Next to the living room you will find the kitchen with everything you need to cook whatever you want. Next to the dining room you will find two bedrooms prepared for your comfortable rest. Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with a pellet heater for the cold months, heating the common area and the rooms through radiators. Three bags of pellets are included in the price, the rest can be purchased for 12 euros/bag. Es Sementaret is located in Artá with easy access to the different areas of the island thanks to its location. Situated just 4 km from Artá where you can find supermarkets, cafes, stores ... and just 17 minutes drive from some of the best beaches in Mallorca, known for its crystal clear waters.
