Well maintained villa with a floral garden, swimming pool and several areas to relax and eat in the shade. The house is near the town of San Rafael with shops, good restaurants, banks and a pharmacy, all you need. It is near the house Raco Ibiza, it has a charming restaurant where you can dine and enjoy a drink outdoors. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, distributed on one floor and is wheelchair accessible: -1 bedroom with double 1,50x2 m - 1 bedroom with double 1,80x2 m - 1 bedroom with double bed 1,35x2 m and television The building has a natural cross ventilation, so it stays cool in the hot summer days. Still it has air conditioning in the entire villa and ceiling fans. All windows have screens, but this area does not usually have a lot of mosquitoes. In the garden you will find fruit trees and owners give permission to take some fruit. There is also a fish pond. The swimming pool (10x5 m) has an al fresco dining area, loungers and a covered chill-out. It also has an outdoor kitchen near the pool with outside toilet and shower. IMPORTANT NOTE! Arrival procedure and key collection:
 • The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs. Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.
 • Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h): 
All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival). - Between 19:30-22:00 : 60€ - From 22:00 on: 100€ Touristic Tax: All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival. Security Deposit: A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions) Waste disposal: In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €). Facilities: In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available).
