Casa Eva is located less than 300 m from Los Pocillos Beach, the largest in Puerto del Carmen. Imagine coming home after a relaxing day at the beach: after a 3-minute walk, you can end the day with a swim in your private 6x3m pool and 1.5m depth, take a shower in one of the 2 bathrooms available to guests — both of them with a shower — and have a drink on the private terrace of the house, while waiting to go out to dinner in one of the thousands of restaurants in the surrounding area. Casa Eva has a living room with a 65-inch Smart TV, Sat-Tv with English channels and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker and dining table. All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans to cool down on hot summer days also with air-con. Two of the bedrooms have also SAT tv of 42-inch. .
