Beautiful first line beach apartment with sea views and communal pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.
INTERNAL: This beautiful apartment consists of a living-dining room with TDT TV and access to the terrace with incredible views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. A separate kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms each with a double bed and one with two single beds. Finally there are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower.
EXTERNAL: A pleasant outdoor area with three large communal pools, one for children and there is an outdoor shower. There is covered parking for one vehicle.
LOCATION: The apartment has an unbeatable location given its proximity to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The sandy beach is only 40 m away and the nearest supermarket is 140 m away from the property. The center of Calpe is about 2.5 km away.
REMARKS: Pets are not allowed.

El apartamento está perfecto, la terraza inmensa y en sombra todo el día con vistas espectaculares. El salón amplísimo y todo bien equipado con ventiladores, aire acondicionado etc. Repetiría sin duda. A mejorar ciertos detalles como q no dejan bolsas de basura ni útiles para lavar los platos.

Calpe is a great value & practical location to stay, The Rock, The Harbour, two 1 km long pristine sandy beaches, salt lake with flamingos, surrounded by other lovely towns, like Altea. Also very dog friendly place !!! If you like dogs & nature, You will love strolling around this relaxed place.
