This apartment in San Luis de Sabinillas has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for a capacity of 6 people. Manilva City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on 1st of October 2023 due the eminent shortage of water caused by drought.This unfortunately means that the pools must be kept closed until a new notice is given. Thanks to the accommodation being on the ground floor, there are two large terraces on either side of the apartment. One terrace accommodates both a lounge group and large dining table for lovely dinners overlooking the pool area. The second terrace has a round dining table for lovely breakfasts in the morning sun. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, 50 m² terrace, iron, internet (Wifi), hairdryer, alarm, central heating, air conditioning, communal pool and flat screen TV. In the kitchen there is an induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, plates/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle. In the community there are free paddle courts and large nice pool areas with sunbeds and parasols for guests. Outside the community there are both playgrounds, the nature reserve and a dog park. Pets are welcome in this apartment for a small fee. As a rental company, we have no responsibility or influence regarding municipal or public spaces within and outside the community. This is something that those responsible for the community are solely responsible for, such as: Opening hours and availability for indoor/outdoor pools/gym/sauna/spa/parking in the area/ water pressure/padel courts or construction work in the area.
