Villa with private heated pool located in the heart of Playa del Ingles a few meters from the famous dunes, wholly new and furnished. The property has two identical bungalows that are always rented together to the same group. They are not rented separately. The pool is heated between 24 and 26 degrees. The Villa has two bungalows for three persons each. Each house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a double sofa bed, air conditioning and flat-screen tv, a bathroom with shower and all the necessary elements, one bedroom with two single beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The Villa is reserved individually, never for two independent groups. A single group of family or friends. Among the equipment, we find a wifi internet connection, alarm, air conditioning, flat-screen tv, washing machine, oven, microwave, kitchenware in general, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron, etc.... and many other elements to enjoy a stay on the island. The accommodation is entirely private as well as all its services. The delivery of keys is usually done at the airport, there we have electronic lockers where you can pick up your keys with a key that we will send you before your arrival. This enclave is very well connected by the GC1 freeway with the airport and with the capital of the island, Las Palmas de GC, the largest of the Canary archipelago. A city with more than 500 years of history that you should not miss.
