Welcome to this beautiful farm with 2 buildings, located in the rural environment of Inca. It has magnificent views of the countryside and has capacity for 8 people. The exteriors of this property are dreamy. It has 1 salt pool of 50 m2 with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 2.10 m. This pool has an integrated Jacuzzi and an area with a jet of water, thanks to which you can relax and disconnect from routine and daily stress. In the surroundings there is an outdoor shower and a total of 6 loungers where you can relax in the sun. Outside you will find a large fenced area with fruit trees. This property has 2 buildings, the main one and the one with the pool. In the main one you can enjoy a fantastic 10 x 5 m furnished porch where you can share unforgettable evenings outdoors with your family and friends. Next to the porch there is a large 60 m2 terrace where the smallest of the house can play safely, although always under the supervision of an adult. The property's fixed barbecue is in the building located in the pool area. The most important thing in this area is good communication with the different places on the island. Just 30 km you will find the best white sand beaches in the north, Alcudia beach, Muro beach, Formentor beach. Also 35 km away are some of the best stone coves such as Sa Calobra, Cala Tuent and if you like hiking there is the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. You also travel with the family just 25 km away are the Alcudia water parks, where you can spend a fantastic and fun day. In winter the use of heating is not included in the price.
