Villa YourHouse Can Covetes in Muro

This modern villa with private pool and garden is just 15 minutes’ from Playa de Muro beach and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The village Muro is in the north of Mallorca and it’s a quiet little town with restaurants, a gas station and supermarkets. A 10 – 15 minutes’ drive takes you to the coast and to amazing beaches like Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. You can visit the old town of Alcúdia and Cap Formentor. A car is necessary to do sightseeing and go to the beach. The exteriors feature a well-kept garden with 8 sun loungers and 4 parasols, an exterior shower and a private chlorine pool with a size of 10 x 4 metres and a maximum depth of 2 metres. You can have a tasty barbecue on the furnished terrace and enjoy great al fresco dining. There are sheeps living in the finca. Inside, the house is very bright and modern. The living-dining room with air conditioning is open to the fully-equipped kitchen, including a vitro hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a filter coffee maker and a dishwasher. There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with 1 double bed. The house is equipped with a shower bathroom and a bath with a bathtub, Wifi, a 55-inch TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, an iron and up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs under request. If you're into sports, you'll find an exercise bike as well as 2 yoga mats in the house. If you come with your kids, we have several toys for babies and toddlers. To consider: The house has been recently constructed and has been finished in 2022. Events or parties are forbidden. There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email. The damage deposit of will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
