INTERIOR: Beautiful villa built on two floors. On the GROUND FLOOR we will find a spacious living-dining room with sea views, TV Sat/TDT and direct access to the pool area. On the other hand, it has a fully equipped independent kitchen, a separate toilet, two large bedrooms with two single beds and a bathroom en suite in each one (one of the bathrooms with a bathtub and the other with a shower). Through internal stairs we will access the UPPER FLOOR where we will discover two large bedrooms with sea views and access to the solarium, one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds; en-suite bathroom with shower each.

EXTERIOR: Highlights its beautiful garden plot and its pool area with wonderful views of the sea, where we will enjoy the sun and some delicious barbecues.

LOCATION: Undoubtedly the best area to find rest, just 4.2 km from the center of Calpe and just over 4.6 km from the sandy beach.

OBSERVATIONS: Free Wi-Fi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with a supplement.
