The UPPER FLOOR consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of them with an en-suite bathroom and shower). Also notable is a large solarium with impressive mountain views.

EXTERIOR: The villa offers a pleasant outdoor space that includes a private 10x6m pool, a refreshing outdoor shower, a built-in barbecue ideal for preparing delicious meals in the company of family or friends, and a closed garage.

LOCATION: Perfect for golf lovers, given its proximity to the Don Cayo Golf Club, 1.3 km away. In addition, it is located less than 5 km from the charming center of Altea and its beautiful stone beaches.
