Set in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, in Majorca East, this charming villa with private pool can comfortably accommodate 9 guests. A 10-15 minutes’ drive takes you to the beaches Cala Millor and Sa Coma, to the city of Manacor where you can go for shopping or to the Son Servera golf course. You can visit the picturesque villages of Artà and Capdepera or the Artà Caves, make party in Cala Ratjada or spend a day with the family in the safari zoo in Cala Millor. Although there are so many things to do on the island, you will look forward coming home to villa Sa Riba, make a dip in the pool or have a barbecue with friends. The 10 x 4 meters sized chlorine pool with built-in Jacuzzi and a depth ranging from 0,5 to 1,8 meters is surrounded by a terrace with nine sun loungers and some parasols. We will leave one pool towel per guest. The stone lined facade regulates temperature, so during the hot months it is cool inside. Interiors are a mix between modern elegance and comfort, and stone walls give bags of character to the rooms. The living room with satellite-TV and WiFi counts with a wooden oven and a cosy sofa. The adjoining american kitchen is well-equipped, including a gas cooker and a dishwasher. Next to it, there’s a dining room where you can share laughs and talks with your loved ones. Four of the five air conditioned bedrooms with closet are equipped with double bed, the last one has a single bed. Two separate shower bathrooms and one en-suite bath with bathtub are equipped with hair dryer. Furthermore, guests have access to a washing machine, iron and a baby bed on request. To consider: Parties and events are not permitted. The air conditioning is only available from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
