This is an old Mallorcan house located in the Colonya Valley, a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and centuries-old olive fields and other native Majorcan trees. The house has been carefully renovated with special emphasis on the conservation of old traditional elements such as exposed stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings, while the interiors now have a more current and modern character. With su can access the fully equipped kitchen that still preserves the old fireplace (currently disabled) typical of old Majorcan houses. On the ground floor there is a spacious leisure room where you can play table football or sit on the large comfortable sofa with a chaise longue to enjoy movies on the impressive 65-inch screen. The smart TV is prepared with a wireless internet connection. From the dining room you can also pass through an interior stone arch where you will access the ground floor double bedroom which is adjacent to a full bathroom. On upper floor where the other rooms are located: two twins that share a full bathroom, another double with its an en-suite bathroom and two more twin rooms, which share another bathroom. It should be noted that the house has various configurations for beds, it is possible to convert some of twin rooms into doubles, (always on prior request) allowing the house to have 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms. Outside we find spacious terraces with various ambiences in which to enjoy outdoor dining during the hot summer months or where we can also enjoy an appetizer or a few drinks sitting in one of the two chill out areas while contemplating the beautiful views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. On one side of the terrace you will also find a covered barbecue area with a fridge which is ideal for those who love grills. The terrace has also been expanded in the pool area to have more space for sunbeds and to have an area to enjoy a good rest on the Balinese day bed. The pool (9x4mts), which has Roman steps, has also been completely renovated and retiled. The exterior also has a newly restored bathroom (the fifth) so to be used without having to access the interior of the house as well as a laundry room with racks to store bikes. Finally, it should be noted that the house has a free Internet connection via Wi-Fi (with several repeaters to have internet in all rooms) and pool towels. The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the "Q11" and "U Plaça" its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
