The plot is completely fenced and has an electric gate, swimming pool, air conditioning in the main living room, and Wi-Fi. On the 2000m plot there are trees with fruits and nuts, beautiful views of the countryside and space to park two cars. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The entire house has mosquito nets. Recently renovated, this farm, its furniture and its products are ready to be enjoyed by you. Take note that the kitchen is located in a part attached to the house. This finca offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable holiday in the quiet countryside of southern Spain with a comfortable, fun and relaxing exterior. Outside there is the barbecue area with tables, chairs, sun loungers and hammocks to take advantage of the beautiful views of the garden and the mountains, and the silence and sounds of nature. The plot is full of fruit trees (oranges, loquats, etc.) that can be used by clients to enjoy the fresh taste of Andalusia.
