Casa Joana in Pollensa

Casa Joana is a Mallorcan house located in the Pollensa town center (sleeps 4 people). It’s a coquette house and has everything you need for a good vacation. It is located within walking distance in just about few minutes to the town square. Just upon entering is the cozy living room that communicates with the dining room. The small and functional kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher and cookware necessary for cooking. It also has a small interior patio, a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer and a complete bathroom with a bathtub complete this floor. On the upper floor are the bedrooms, a double room with a double bed and an en-suite toilet and a double room with 2 single beds. On the outside of this floor we find the barbecue terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy its views towards the Puig de María. It has air conditioning - heat pump in the rooms to sleep comfortably. Free WIFI. Satellite TV. Towels and sheets change one a week. Beach or pool towels included. Cot and high chair available. Smoking, parties or events of any kind are not allowed. Tourist tax not included, must be paid separately.
