A staircase from the balcony leads to a private rooftop terrace with comfortable garden furniture, ideal for dining or sunbathing. There is even an outdoor shower installed. There are 2 double bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and a refurbished bathroom with a shower. The property is in excellent condition with air conditioning installed throughout. Please note that there is no lift. The gated complex has a communal swimming pool with sunbeds and a separate children's pool. Only a 5 minute walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach. Miraflores Golf Course is nearby with the driving range just a short walk away. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. Additional person supplement 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
