Property keys can be collected from our onsite Head Office in Calahonda. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor apartment. This lovely bright, top floor corner apartment is situated in the lower western border of Calahonda amidst tranquil settings yet within 10 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and all facilities. Jardines de Calahonda is the ideal holiday destination for families, couples and groups. Comprised of four phases each one set within its own beautiful tropical landscaped gardens with communal pool. Jardines has its own local neighbourhood bar adjacent to the complex, handy for enjoying a refreshing drink, a light snack or an ice cream. The beautifully kept landscaped gardens in Jardines Fase 4 feature a magnificent swimming pool, which incorporates a special toddler’s area. This two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment has a south west facing sunny private terrace providing all day sun - perfect for sunbathing, eating “al fresco” or just simply enjoying the stunning views over the Mediterranean. There are brand new, good quality beds providing an excellent night sleep and air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms is provided. This property offers high speed complementary WIFI, a new 43 inch TV and a selection of 190 international internet television channels including Spanish, UK, French, German, Russian, Swedish, Catalan, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, Chinese and Arabic. This property is perfect for couples of all ages and families looking for a relaxing retreat, close to all amenities. Please note there is no lift in this complex. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates. The swimming pool on Jardines Fase 4 is officially closed from Mid October to Mid May. Opening Times: May 15th - 31st- 12pm – 4pm June 1st -15th - 1pm - 6pm June 16th – 30th - 12pm – 7pm July 1st -31st - 11am – 8pm August 1st -31st - 11am -8pm September 1st -15th - 11pm -7pm September 16th - 30th - 12pm to 6pm October 1st -15th - 12pm to 4pm In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking. IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
