The bright, tastefully furnished open plan lounge/diner leads directly onto a large, sunny South East-facing terrace with space for sunbathing and dining al-fresco. There is air conditioning/ heating throughout and WIFI. Parking space is provided in the underground garage. The Las Palmeras complex has 5 swimming pools, one of them open all year round. Situated on the upper slopes of Calahonda within 10 minutes' walk of local bars and restaurants. 5 minutes' drive to local sandy beaches and supermarkets. Only 15 minute drive to either Marbella or Fuengirola along the coast. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
