It has fantastic connections by road or motorway to be able to move to any point of the island, having several beaches of area to less than 2km of distance. This house does not have air conditioning, although we will provide the necessary fans. There is also no heating. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest. Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance.
