On the GROUND FLOOR you will find a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine.

On the UPPER FLOOR we find the fully equipped open kitchen with induction hob, OVEN and dishwasher, a spacious living room with open views of Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach, 2 bedrooms and a courtesy toilet. The double bed bedroom has a PRIVATE bathroom with shower and sink. The other bedroom with a double bed has an ensuite bathroom with sink and shower and SEPARATE PRIVATE WC.
