This villa is perfect to accommodate 6 people and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on a single floor. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Inside, the UPPER FLOOR remains closed and uninhabited during the rental, which guarantees your privacy on the GROUND FLOOR. Here you will find a pleasant living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV for entertainment. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher, making meal preparation a simple task. The bedrooms consist of two with double beds and a third with a double sofa bed. In addition, the villa offers two independent bathrooms, both equipped with a shower.
The exterior of the villa is equally attractive, with a beautiful terrace next to the 8x4 meter pool, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. You will also find a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and a parking space for two vehicles on the same plot.
The location of the villa is privileged, as it is close to the sea and beaches. Just 100 meters away, you will find the closest cove, and 250 meters away, the sandy beach. The nearest restaurant and the center of Calpe are 2 km away, making it easy to access restaurants and shops.
As for additional amenities, the villa offers free WiFi to keep you connected during your stay. Additionally, pets up to 12kg are allowed for an additional fee, meaning your furry companion can also join your holiday on the Costa Blanca.

Voor de prijs is het zeker niet waard , het grootste probleem bevindt zich in de avond , de verlichting werkte niet , ik heb hier over gebeld en volgende dag hadden ze iemand gestuurd , monteur had volgens hem de verlichting gemaakt . in de avond werkte het weer niet , in de avond gebeld en verteld dat het niet werkte , hierbij vertelde ze dat nu geen monteur aanwezig was , na druk te hebben gezet is eindelijk iemand gekomen en die heeft het gedeeltelijk gemaakt . maar dit was nog niet genoeg verlichting . we hebben een week van onveilige gevoel gehad . jammer

4,0Spacious villa, excellent large pool. Great view towards the ocean as well as the mountains. The master bedroom suite is located in one end of the villa, the other two bedrooms are located in the opposite end, securing personal space. There are lots of villas in the area, but the lush trees makes you feel secluded from the world. A car is a must, as the road to Calpe is steep. There is regrettably no air condition in the third bedroom. Tough in the summer. The sundeck chairs van not be adjusted to flat position. Small annoysnce: The house did unfortunately not provide hand soap, coffee filters, salt or any other handy neccessities so often left by the previous tennant.
