Fantastic house for a 100% Costa Brava vacation! Villa with private pool located in Punta Montgó, a short distance from the beach of Cala Montgó and the fishing village of l'Escala where you will find all the necessary services, restaurants and shops for leisure time. The exterior of the house, fully fenced, has parking for 2 cars, a small garden, a private pool, a barbecue, an outdoor dining room and several porches and terraces where you can relax and enjoy the sea views towards the Gulf of Roses and the Pyrenees The interior is divided between the main house and three annexes: an independent apartment, a studio and an area for meals and parties. The main house has a large living room with fireplace and sea views, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two suites with integrated bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The studio, with a small kitchen and bunk beds, is connected directly to the pool area and also to the independent bar and food area. The apartment, although attached to the house, enjoys greater privacy and has a kitchen, living room, bedroom in the same room and a bathroom with shower. This house, with capacity for 12 people has everything to make your stay unforgettable. The reservation in any accommodation managed by CEIGRUP TORRENT implies acceptance of these rules: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. OCCUPYING THE ACCOMMODATION WITH MORE PEOPLE THAN INDICATED IN YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT ALLOWED. Non-compliance with the rules is grounds for retaining the deposit and forfeiting the reservation rights, thus leading to the eviction of the occupants. All occupants of the accommodation must be properly identified before entering the premises. Please note that according to Decree 75/2020, of August 4th, of Tourism in Catalonia: "In the event that the user of a Tourist Use Dwelling violates the basic rules of coexistence, the norms set by the responsible party of the accommodation, or breaches municipal ordinances issued for this purpose, the owner of the property, or the manager of the tourist use dwelling, must require the lessee to immediately vacate the dwelling."
