Welcome to our elegant Villa Shanny with terrace! It forms part of the resort La Peña Luxury, featuring 6 independent villas. Each holiday home comes with its own equipment and design, allowing our guests to enjoy quiet holidays surrounded by nature. Our guests will have access to the shared pool, surrounded by a well maintained garden and sun loungers, as well as a shared barbecue area. Enjoy lovely holidays with your familiy in Tarifa in our cosy 3-bedroom villa, perfect for groups of up to 6 adults and 3 children. This nice villa features a well-kept garden with hammock, exterior sofas and an outdoor table and chairs so you will be able to enjoy great al-fresco dining. When entering, you'll be in the spacious kitchen, open to the living-dining area with design furniture. The kitchen equipment includes a vitro hob, kitchen utensils, a fridge, microwave, a dishwasher and coffee machine. Thanks to the great windows, this is a bright and friendly space with plenty of natural light. The master bedroom comes with a queen bed and an open en-suite bathroom, featuring a double washbasin, shower and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms come also with a queen bed. Furthermore, there are two more shower baths. The houses' equipment includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board, air conditioning and a cot and high chair on request. The 11 x 5 meter chlorine shared pool with a depth of 1,75 metres is surrounded by a garden including a barbecue area, seats and a small plaground for the kids. Besides, there's an exterior bathroom.
