For easy transport, less than 100 metres away you will find bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 30, 31, 210 and 454, with number 15 you can be in the centre of Palma in only 15 minutes. This villa is the perfect choice to enjoy your holidays in Majorca, we are waiting for you! - - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. This house does not have air conditioning, although fans will be provided to guests as needed. It does not have heating. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest. Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance.
