This charming and surprisingly private little villa sits quietly towards the end of a lane surrounded by orchards and farm land. With inspiring views of the rugged Formentor peninsula, the villa is set back and screened from the lane by its own small grove of fig trees. A cool covered veranda hidden beneath great swathes of bougainvillea leads to the main entrance door. The villa has a private swimming pool and 2 bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double bedroom upstairs. There is a family bathroom with bath/shower and open lounge kitchen dining room with TV. To reduce energy consumption, the air conditioning is timed according to ecological measures.
