This charming house is distributed over two floors; the ground floor has a living room, dining room with porch, American kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a main bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, three additional bedrooms that sleep two people each, and a bathroom. The backyard has artificial grass and a beautiful grassy front garden with parking for one vehicle. Each room on the upper floor and the living room have air conditioning, and the house has photovoltaic panels for generating and accumulating electricity and a solar water heater, an environmentally friendly option. If you like exploring other places, you can reach Rota or Chipiona in just 25 minutes by car. You can also enjoy the excellent restaurants in the centre of the Port, which is only 5 minutes away by car. If you dare, you can take a pleasant excursion to Cádiz crossing the Bay on the ferry, which will take only 30 minutes and is highly recommended. And even if it takes more than an hour, I recommend visiting the beaches of El Palmar, Los Caños de Meca and Zahara de los Atunes if you have time.
