It is in a fantastic urbanization with lovely and large communal gardens, 4 pools and a paddle court in the heart of Puerto Banus. The location couldn't be better! The apartment is just a few minutes walk from several beaches perfect for all. There are also a number of beach clubs such as the Ocean Club nearby. In just a couple of minutes, you can walk to the famous harbour with all its shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and clubs. It is also within walking distance to more shopping centres such as El Corte Ingles, and Centro Plaza with further restaurants and shops and is close to the market and the Casino. Directly outside the urbanization, there are taxis, buses and a grocery store that is open around the clock. Marbella city/harbour is approx. 8 km away and the nice beach promenade allows you to walk all the way there. And why not take the catamaran back?
