The GROUND FLOOR remains closed and uninhabited during the rental, while the MAIN FLOOR welcomes you with a spacious living-dining room equipped with SAT/DTT TV. The separate kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, makes meal preparation easy. On this floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There are also two bedrooms, each with two single beds, one of them with air conditioning, and an additional bathroom with a bathtub. The UPPER FLOOR offers a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a separate bathroom with a bathtub.
The exterior of the villa has an 8x4 meter rectangular pool with a Roman staircase and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the sun in the hammocks and have meals outdoors with the portable barbecue. The villa also offers parking space on the same plot for up to 3 vehicles.
With a privileged location near the center of Calpe and the beach, this villa is located just 900 meters from the nearest supermarket and restaurant. The sandy beach is a short distance of 1.3 km, providing easy access to all necessary amenities.

Très bien dans l'ensemble. Le confort des installations en général, la terrasse extérieure couverte, le barbecue ainsi que la piscine et le jardin. Nous avons énormément apprécié l'espace très aéré de la villa et la climatisation dans le salon. Nous avons aussi aimé la localisation très accessible à la villa, le grand parking pour les voitures à l'ombre, le portail sécurisant et la proximité avec le centre de la ville. Le service Plusholidays est très compétent et réactif en cas de souci (ex: grille-pain et lampes extérieures défectueux changés dans la soirée de la demande). Il est vraiment dommage qu'une des climatisations (dans la grande chambre) n'ait pas été réparée car au vu de la chaleur, le couple qui y séjournait n'a pas su dormir correctement pendant les 15 jours. Au niveau des couverts il n'y avait que 3 couteaux qui coupaient correctement et pas d'ouvre-bouteilles; tire-bouchons, pas pratique pour les jours où nous mangions à la villa. Dommage également que les transats n'étaient pas 8 pour que nous puissions en profiter tous ensemble autour de la piscine. Un dernier point sur la communication pour le changement des essuiesdraps, il ne nous a pas été communiqué à l'arrivée que nous devions faire la navette avec les essuies draps à changer jusqu'au bureau pour en avoir de nouvelles, nous avons finalement décidé de les laver nous même mais cette info pourrait être disponible à l'arrivée pour éviter toute confusion.
