While it is above all a residential and industrial city, the famous weekly market and wineries attract many tourists. After Palma, thanks to the train and public transport, it is one of the best connected cities on the island. For those who rent a car, Inca is just minutes away from the highway that runs the island, making it an excellent location for anyone wishing to explore the island. It is very easy to get from here to the beautiful north coast of the island. Inca's biggest attraction is without doubt the weekly market, which takes place every Thursday. It is one of the island's largest markets and fills the streets of the city center with small stalls. Although mainly known as a market with a variety of leather products (Majorca's "capital of leather"), you will also find food and other types of products. Here in Inca you will also find Mallorca's largest autumn fair, the "Dijous Bo" - an agricultural fair that has since become a party with pyrotechnic shows and live music. The streets of Inca are full of cafes and bars with terraces, but the refurbished cellars and the small and cozy restaurants have become the symbol of the city.
