The villa is located in a quiet area of the resort with only a couple of minutes’ walk from supermarket, the padel courts, mini golf course and the children’s play area. Next to the play area, you can enjoy table tennis and petanque. A few more minutes’ walk and you’ll be on the Boulevard outside the Resort with numerous restaurants or at the hotel with a pub, restaurants and spa. Here you will also find the beautiful and well renowned Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. The villa is a single storey, SOUTH FACING detached house with a private, heated pool, garden and spacious roof terrace. The pool is fenced in, making the outdoor area child friendly. The patio next to the pool is spacious with sunbeds and a barbeque. A covered ground floor terrace gives shade on warm summer days and rooms a dining table for six, and on a large roof terrace, you can enjoy sun all day and watch the beautiful sunset at night. The house contains 3 bedrooms and has air conditioning throughout as well as central heating. The master bedroom has an en-suite with shower and WC. The remaining bedrooms share a bathroom with a WC and shower/bathtub. Making time fly in the Resort is no problem, but if you wish to leave the premises, you’ll find beaches only 10 minutes away by car. The nearby towns are also worth exploring for leisure, shopping and dining.
