Villa Michelle in Playa Blanca

Villa Michelle is located in the quiet residential area of Los Calamares. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private heated swimming pool with a large sun terrace. The villa is only a 5 minute walk from the heart of Playa Blanca. The property also boasts great sea views of the harbour and Fuerteventura. On the terrace is also a games area with a pool table. Villa Michelle has a gated driveway and substantial mature garden area to the front. The property has four bedrooms, all of which have air conditioning (all A/C units work via a coin operated meter) and three bathrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed, dressing room with wardrobe, drawers and mirror and a spacious, fitted ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a corner bath, with a separate show over and double sink unit. Bedroom two has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. It has its own access via double doors leading out to the terrace and pool area. Bedroom three has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, drawers and mirror. There is a large walk in shower room located between bedrooms two and three. Bedroom four has a single bed, bunk beds. There's a set of drawers and a dressing table. This bedroom has a fitted ensuite shower room. The kitchen is well equipped and features an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and numerous wall and base units. The kitchen surfaces are finished with lovely granite worktops and there is also a breakfast bar and air conditioning. The kitchen opens on to the large living room which has a three piece suite plus built-in seating. There is satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD player. (Cd’s and DVD’s not supplied. The patio doors open onto a very large terrace with a covered pergola providing a lovely al fresco dining area which has lighting, a large BBQ and a sink. There is also outdoor sofas for easy relaxing. There is a good sized heated pool with seating for 10 people and 8 sun loungers. A lower covered terrace has a pool table with lighting. The terrace is walled and gated and therefore very private. From the terrace you have a great view to the harbour and can sit and watch the ferries going back and forth from Fuerteventura. The villa now has a ramp to the back gate to give easy access to those less able. Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday. AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list. CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative. WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef.
