Villa Flavia is a spectacular property ECO sustainable with views to the Isla de Lobos and Fuerteventura, private swimming pool, jacuzzi and children's playground. It has a beautiful terrace with barbecue, dining table and sea view. The outdoor area is equipped with sunbeds and garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days outdoors. The ground floor of the house has a large games room with billiards, Air-Hockey, Pac-man and other digital games, Smart TV with international channels and Play Station. Villa Flavia is ideal for a group or family holiday. On the first floor we find: 2 bedrooms with queen size double beds, both with en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet and washbasin. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning and large wardrobes. 1 toilet Fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and kitchenware. Dining room with sea views and direct access to the terrace and pool area. On the ground floor we find the games room, 3 more bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, wc, double washbasin and bidet. One of the bedrooms has a desk with a screen and keyboard, ideal for those who need to work online. The second bedroom has a queen size double bed, wardrobe and access to a small private terrace. The last bedroom has four single beds (ideal for children) and a wardrobe. The whole house has wifi connection with fibre. There is a private outdoor parking space as well. The location of villa Flavia is very convenient. It is located in a very quiet residential area, has a private entrance and enjoys total privacy. This ECO villa is equipped with solar or photovoltaic panels and solar thermal. In 15/20 minutes walking distance you can reach Playa Flamingo with its golden sand and crystal clear sea, the avenue of Playa Blanca with bars, restaurants and small supermarkets. A baby cot is provided free of charge on request. Bed linen and a set of towels are provided for each guest. Linen and towels are changed once a week. Extra cleaning can be done during the stay but will be charged extra. There is an extra charge for pool heating and air conditioning.
