INTERIOR: The villa is divided into three floors separated by internal stairs. The MAIN FLOOR is distributed in two bedrooms; one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. It has a bathroom with shower, which is accessed through the two bedrooms. From a double bedroom on this floor, a bedroom with a double bed is accessed by stairs. The GROUND FLOOR consists of a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two rooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with separate shower.

EXTERIOR: Exceptional rectangular pool, fenced for the safety of children. Splendid covered barbecue and a chill-out area where you can relax.

DISTANCES: A short 750 m walk will take you to one of the best sandy coves in Calpe. Restaurant also in Cala Puerto Blanco. The center of Calpe and supermarket is 1.2 km away.

OBSERVATIONS: Free Wifi. Pets with a weight of less than 12 kg can be accommodated with a supplement.
