On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. Just next door there is a full bathroom with shower and it is adapted for people with reduced mobility. On this same floor there is also a large and bright living room with two comfortable sofas and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchenware. It also has an extendible table with chairs to enjoy family meals. On the first floor there are the other three double bedrooms en suite. The master bedroom is composed of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a family bathroom, equipped with bathtub and hair dryer. The other two double rooms are featured with two single beds. Each double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms located on this floor have access to the balcony which overlooks the beach of Cala Galdana and the pool of the Villa. The outdoor area of the house consists of a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers for all guests, an area to enjoy outdoor meals with an outdoor table and chairs and a barbecue area. Take General Road (Me-1) direction Ferreries, reaching this population and after a short tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22) 2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, where usually is the meeting point with the host. 3. Take the second exit (Travessia Cala Galdana). 4. After about 250 meters turn left where the entrance of Casa Playa is. From Ciutadella (25min): 1. Take General Road (ME-1) direction Ferreries, reaching this city you will find a roundabout.
