Charming house situated in a privileged location with lovely views over the olive groves and orchards towards the pine covered slopes that border Santa Eulalia. From the spacious terrace we access through glass doors into an open plan living / dining room with a very cozy decoration. Beautiful oval kitchen totally exterior and equipped to the smallest detail. The three bedrooms are well appointed, two of which have a private bathroom (one open-plan, the other with a bathroom accessed through an Arabic-style archway). The third bedroom can use a separate toilet and has two single beds. Air conditioning in the living room, in the hallway (cooling two of the bedrooms) and a portable air conditioning in the master bedroom. Well-kept garden with 9x4mts pool and beautiful views of the countryside. In addition, enjoy a jacuzzi and a chill-out bed full of soft mattresses. Nice porch terrace with barbecue to enjoy lunch and dinner with friends and family. The house enjoys satellite TV, iron, fireplace, barbecue, radio, fenced plot, safe, juicer, kettle, hairdryer, alarm, internet access (Wi-fi), fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher , coffee maker, toaster, dishes, kitchen utensils, microwave, oven. Santa Eulalia is located just 3 km from the villa, dating back to the 16th century when its fortified church, Puig de Misa, was established - a building now considered by many to be the most beautiful and best-preserved example of its kind in Ibiza. Complete cleaning every 7 nights, with change of sheets and towels. IMPORTANT NOTE! Arrival procedure and key collection:
 • The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs. Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.
 • Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h): 
All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival). - Check-in 07:30pm-10pm : 60€ - Check-in after 10pm: 100€ Touristic Tax: All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival. Security Deposit: A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions) Waste disposal: In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €). Facilities: In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available).
