It is close to the beach of Arenal d’en Castell and 5km from the natural harbour of Addaia. It is also close to the unspoilt beaches, Favaritx, Cavalleria, and Pregonda, in the north of the island. The Mahón port and town are less than 10 minutes by car, and Fornells is 12km away. Vehicle is necessary. Exterior: The farmhouse was completely renovated maintaining the original characteristics of the house, it also incorporates the necessary comforts for modern day living. A 200m country lane leads to the house which is situated on top of a hill, with excellent views of the Menorcan countryside and pine forests. The enclosed swimming pool (9 x 4m with Roman steps) is surrounded by a grass area where children can play.
