Our holiday home, Casa Paqui, is a highly popular vacation house located in Puerto de Alcudia, just a few minutes' walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca, Playa de Alcudia. Casa Paqui has become one of our most popular houses, not only for its excellent location but also for providing everything necessary to make your holidays unforgettable. The house features a pool of 9m x 4m at the foot of a charming wooden porch that provides shade to a large table with 6 chairs for enjoying barbecues on summer evenings or the 6 sunbeds around the pool for sunbathing. At the front of the house, there is another covered terrace with a table and 6 chairs next to a ping pong table. The interior of the house is well-maintained and lovingly decorated by its owner, Paqui. It boasts a spacious dining and living room with a chaise longue sofa for relaxation and TV viewing, as well as a table for 6 people. The kitchen is separate from the living room and is fully equipped. Additionally, there are 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed. There is another independent bathroom with a shower. The house is equipped with all amenities, such as air conditioning in all rooms, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The rooms are decorated with love, radiating comfort. Eectricity according to consumption 0.25 euros / Kwh. Deposit for this 100 euros/ week. The local tax and deposit are not included in the price. They must be paid on arrival in cash.
