Additionally, there's an extra terrace with views of the sea and volcanoes. The second bedroom is on the ground floor, offering two single beds, access to the terrace, and a second bathroom with the same amenities as the one above. The living area includes a Smart-TV SAT with a 46" screen, a sofa bed, a kitchen-dining room, a heated saltwater pool, a spacious garden with a barbecue area, a sun-drenched solarium furnished with hammocks, and terrace furniture. Conil is centrally located on the island, providing excellent connectivity to its main attractions, such as La Geria, Timanfaya National Park, Famara, and shopping areas, all within a 10-minute drive. The area is known for its tranquility, with the majority of residents being long-term inhabitants. Being in the heart of the island allows for a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration.
