This apartment for four people is rented in the center of L'Escala. It is a five minute walk to Las Barcas beach, bars and restaurants, local shops and cultural activities. About fifteen minutes on foot is Riells Beach and about thirty minutes you can enjoy the Empúries promenade. Montgrí Natural Park is a 10-minute drive away. The accommodation is distributed on one floor, of which it is a second floor with an elevator, it has a community pool on top of the building. There is a small terrace where the sun shines from midday. The living-dining room has air conditioning, TV, a three-seater sofa and a table for four. The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, it has a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. This accommodation has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), and a bedroom with two single beds that can also be made into a double bed. All beds offer bedding, duvets or blankets and pillows. There is a bathroom with a shower. This accommodation has heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, drying rack with clips.
