Lovely south facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 3rd floor apartment This newly refurbished two bedroom apartment is situated in the popular Jardines de Calahonda area on the Caserio complex. This bright spacious apartment is in an excellent location for either a family holiday or a couples retreat. Situated within 1km walking distance to the beach and all amenities, this apartment is perfect for those who do not wish to hire a car. Complementary WIFI and a smart TV are provided (Spanish Channels only). The second bedroom is set up with a day bed which converts into a small double and the sofa bed in the lounge for teh 5th and 6th guest. The pool is open all year round from dawn till dusk. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
