In the heart of Arrecife, capital of Lanzarote, is this beautiful recently renovated two-bedroom apartment. It is located next to the church of San Ginés and El Charco, two emblematic places in the city, but in a very quiet street where you can rest after touring and visiting during the day. Shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets or pharmacies are within a stone's throw. It has two double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (possibility of joining them), a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped and brand new kitchen and a living room designed for the comfort of travellers. State-of-the-art flat-screen SmartTV, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for working and a desk in one of the bedrooms in case you need to isolate yourself from the rest of the house while working. The house is ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends. It has a garage space 200 meters from the house that is reserved separately. The cost is €10 per day or €50 per week.
